This certification ensures that our farming practices prioritize soil health, animal welfare, and social fairness, going beyond standard organic requirements to help restore the planet.
How should I store my rice to keep it fresh?
For optimal freshness, we recommend storing uncooked rice in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the rice in an airtight container or keep the original resealable bag tightly closed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our products within the United States. You can use our store locator to find international retailers that carry Lundberg products in your region.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there is a quality issue, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
We are actively working toward 100% recyclable packaging. Currently, many of our boxes are made from recycled paperboard, and we have partnered with TerraCycle for our flexible plastic pouches.
